1 star even for the ad-free version because an app like this NEEDS to work 99% of the time for people to get to where they need to go in a timely fashion. Many weeks in a row now, when I leave the house and need up to date information on arrivals, it says there is a "technical problem" and won't load, but it will load later! Pretty infuriating and makes me want to stick to Google Maps because I have already been deeply inconvenienced too much to bother renewing. EDIT: still won't work 4 wks l8er

Bait & switch... I subscribed for the live tracking, then, immediately discovered that's not available for the transit system I use. I immediately canceled & went to request a refund for the less than 5 minutes of subscription. They refused to refund my $ even though the only feature of interest to me isn't available & there wasn't any way to know that without subscribing. I'd call that a "junkie move" if I've ever seen one. Pettiest of the petty!

Horrible!!! This app used to be really good. Now you can't even log in and it's completely riddled with advertisements, unless you pay for the premium service. They completely get in the way of using the app and are a Royal pain. Stick with Google Maps for transit, you'll be better off. Unless you'd rather pay for an advertisement-free app.

Have you ever wanted an app that will spam you with as many full page apps as possible, and also serves as a semi-decent transit app? Well here it is! With this app ads come first - just as everybody enjoys! You want to quickly check if the correct bus is approaching? You can as long as you sit through a 20 second ad that has a fake close button that takes you to the Play Store regardless! Who needs quick navigation info on a navigation app? Why go anywhere when all ads are at your fingertips?

Awful. Route suggestions now omit valid and better routes on the London Overground line, which used to show up fine. Alternative suggestions are longer and more expensive. Also the ads are WAY more intrusive than before. Citymapper currently is far superior. Update: Ads are now so intrusive as to make this app unusable. And provide a "reject all" button for cookies and ad tracking. I'm not going to waste my time turning them off. I'm just going to uninstall it. Utter idiots.
