Pros & Cons
Based on analysis of Google Play user reviews
Pros
- App stability and performance issues are a recurring recent concern, particularly around opening and using the app after stops. medium
Theme 'app instability' identified in 2 out of 5 recent reviews (Review #1, Review #4). Review #1 describes the app failing to open after every stop, requiring force stops and restarts. Review #4 reports constant freezing and errors when updating routes or marking deliveries. Both independently describe similar disruptive behavior during daily use, making it a cross-review pattern.
Evidence (2)
“The last few days, it's like pulling teeth to get the app to open. This is critical to my business. Spending 5 minutes after every stop, to open, close, force stop, repeat, just to MAYBE get it to open... no go.”Rating: 3★ January 24, 2026 9 likes“app is not worth it. constantly freezes or says there's an error when trying to update the route or mark delivered. even when I tried to cancel the update or cancel the reroute, there is still an error that won't clear.”Rating: 1★ January 08, 2026 4 likes - Suboptimal route ordering is a recurring concern, with the app not always planning the most efficient sequence of stops. medium
Theme 'inefficient routing' identified in 2 out of 5 recent reviews (Review #2, Review #3). Review #3 explicitly states the app doesn't always put stops in the best order and can take you 2 minutes out of your way per stop, which adds up. Review #2 notes that if a pick up is running late, the app simply removes that stop rather than reordering the route. Both reviews describe efficiency losses in practical courier use.
Evidence (2)
“I've used this app for a number of years now. It doesn't always put your room in the best possible order, you drive past deliveries. The app takes you sometimes 2 minutes out of your way, which we know can add up.”Rating: 2★ January 06, 2026 4 likes“If you have a pick up scheduled and you're going to be late it just removes that stop.”Rating: 1★ February 11, 2026 3 likes
Cons
- Billing and subscription cancellation issues are reported in multiple recent reviews, including unexpected charges, confusing plan descriptions, and difficulties canceling. medium
Theme 'billing/subscription issues' identified in 2 out of 5 recent reviews (Review #2, Review #5). Review #2 reports that after paying $9.99 for unlimited stops, the app no longer recognizes the plan and states the price is actually for 3 months, then jumps to $19.99—and the user is still being charged after canceling. Review #5 complains that the app does not allow the month to run after canceling, charging the full amount before the user can access the remaining service. Both describe similar friction around payment and cancellation.
Evidence (2)
“It no longer acknowledges me on a plan or lets me print or download my completed routes and suddenly tells me that 9.99 is now only for 3 months then goes to 19.99. Theme 'app crashes/disruptions' identified in 2 out of 5 recent reviews (Review #1, Review #4). Review #1 describes the app failing to open after stops, requiring repeated force stops, and eventually giving up. 3★The last few days, it's like pulling teeth to get the app to open. This is critical to my business. Spending 5 minutes after every stop, to open, close, force stop, repeat, just to MAYBE get it to open... no go. I ran on screenshots from the app yesterday. Listen, if it isn't broken, don't fix it. What did you change? Why? Greed? You're losing a paying customer if it isn't fixed by tomorrow. I guarantee I'm not the only one

1★Gave this a try for a couple days and decided to pay 9.99 for unlimited stops. It no longer acknowledges me on a plan or lets me print or download my completed routes and suddenly tells me that 9.99 is now only for 3 months then goes to 19.99. I canceled, am still being charged though I am supposedly also on a free trial....all in one day. Very disappointing and I will be spreading the word to all my colleagues

The app takes you sometimes 2 minutes out of your way, which we know can add up. If you have a pick up scheduled and you're going to be late it just removes that stop. 1★app is not worth it. constantly freezes or says there's an error when trying to update the route or mark delivered. even when I tried to cancel the update or cancel the reroute, there is still an error that won't clear. I downloaded it and had to stop about 1/4 of my route because it was causing more problems than it was worth. I subscribed and paid 19.99 for a waste of an app. know I'm out the 20 bucks and wasted time. subscription has been canceled and I wish I could get my money back.

3★I love the app. I think its ridiculous that when I go to cancel it ca release almost immediately December after being charged. they should allow the month and the cancel like all other subscriptions. example payment was made today and I want to cancel since I no longer need it after the first week of January. I go to cancel today and says I will np longer be able to use effective December 30th...tomorrow. thats ridiculous.
