1★the one show I downloaded this app for is garbage. I want to cancel my subscription, but they've made it infuriatingly hard. there's no email. there's no app, even though they say there is. I can't log in. I've been trying for an hour and am stuck in a revolving process of logging in, authenticating every detail of my whole life, and then being asked to log in again any time I try to actually access something. apparently, they'd rather I call them and scream at them so they stop taking my money.

1★Just like most things "Apple" they can't even make a simple streaming app that doesn't freeze up, pixelate, or degrade. I use most streaming apps to watch my shows and movies and not one I can think of has constant recurring issues like apple tv! I have a crazy amount of bandwidth and highest Wi-Fi speeds so there aren't any excuses to be had. I really like the content when it's watchable. Most of the time it just freezes up or the audio continues while the video stays paused! Very sad Apple.

2★Terribly clunky UI. Literally every little thing takes many more steps compared to any other streaming app I can think of. For instance, skipping to the next episode in a series before the end credits pop-up requires you to back out to the menu and navigate to where the next episode is. Why isn't there a next episode button in the player's popup menu like literally every other streaming service on the planet.

1★I purchased the subscription to apple tv with the intention to watch the same shows from my TV to my the app on my phone. After an hour on the phone with support, there is nothing they can do. Whatever you watch or purchase at home is not available to view on your app. The watch list does not sync. It makes zero sense... Every other streaming app is accessible. If the app is going to be advertised as android accessible, then it needs to be updated to reflect so. Subscription cancel.

2★I've purchased 100+ movies when I was a user and since I switched, I can not watch a single one of those movies while on my Android device. Why? I've tapped on absolutely everything I can tap on in the app and it still won't show purchases. It's such a middle finger of "You have to buy one of our devices to view the movies you purchased". I'm giving 2 stars because I absolutely loved the TV show "Foundation"
